[It's frantic — panicked and soft, and quick and in denial. A little crazed, and breathless. Exhausted.

It's something you'd never expect to hear out of Sasuke, really. But maybe so, considering how much he hung around a certain group of people.

It might as well be a little disturbing nonetheless.]

[She'll come up, radiating as much calm and warmth and affection as she can with her reiatsu. She can make people relax just by being around, but it might take a bit more than that this time.

She'll come closer and kneel next to sasuke and start rubbing his back with a warm hand.]

Sasuke-san ?

[Sasuke jumps at the contact, almost flinching, before he just starts shaking his head. Mantra, mantra, mantra.]

[She'll focus her reiatsu, some more, giving it a sort of slow pulse, like a wave. If he manages to latch onto it and follow its pattern when breahing, he might be able to calm down a little ... or at least stop hyperventilating.

And the she'll come closer to take him in her arms, still rubbing his back with one, and caressing his hair with the other. She's solid, and she's wam and she's here for you to latch on if you need to - and if Hitsugaya needs some rest.

She just hopes she can calm him down enough for Hitsugaya and others to take over, because he needs the people he loves more than he needs a healer, but even if she cannot do much, she'll try.

She starts singing softly, a lullaby.]

watashi wa mori no mihari yaku ...

[Unfortunately, the only reaction that Sasuke gives is jumping at the contact. Still shaking, still breathing hard.]

[She'll keep at it for a while longer, hoping it might eventually help.]

Sasuke-san ... Can you hear me ?

[He hears you, it just doesn't register.]

I am not going to make promises, Sasuke-san. I am not going to say that everything is going to be alright. Things will heal, at their own pace.

But you have to know that every time you fall, every time you feel like giving up, there are people to watch over you and help you get back up. And that they won't give up on you, no matter what.

You're here. You're alive. It's a great start. You just have to take the time you need to make the first step.

[Given how jumpy he is, she'd rather not try to use pressure points to relax him, because that might end up hurting him. But she feels torn by the fact that she can't help, or at least not much - it seems the most she can do is making sure he doesn't hurt himself inadvertently.

She takes his hand in his to put it on her chest, on her heart, beating at the same pulse as the soft reiatsu she's emitting.]

Can you feel this, Sasuke-san ?

[While there's still no verbal reaction from Sasuke, his breathing does even out a little, although it's still heavy and labored. But no longer hyperventilating. Progress is progress.]

That's good.

[A small step, but encouraging. As long as she can do a little to make him not freak out, she knows she can leave him in hitsugaya's hands afterwards.

She holds out her own hands and puts it on his heart.]

I can feel yours too. Your ... chakra, as well.

[Still simply breathing hard. Still no verbal response.]
